Pamela Laskey

Pamela Laskey is the founder of Maine Foodie Tours, offering an educational
and entertaining introduction to the unique culinary talents of Maine.
She has, like many Mainers, combined three of her favorite hobbies to
form her career, including walking, talking and learning about history,
and eating great food.  Pam is pleased that she did not form a business
featuring some of her other interests, such as telling bad jokes, eating
real stinky cheese, and staying up too late.

Maine Foodie Tours

Lucky Catch Lobster Cruises are not just fun, they are a great education for anyone who loves lobster. You can join Captain Tom and his crew for an unforgettable excursion on the waters of Casco Bay while they guide you through the daily routines of a Maine Lobsterman. Participate in the excitement of hauling up the traps or sit back and relax as they cruise near picturesque lighthouses, historic civil war forts and the “Seal Rocks”. Each of their lobster tours lasts for 80-90 minutes and passenger numbers are limited to ensure that everyone gets an up-close and personal Maine lobstering experience.  Go to www.luckycatch.com for more information.
As an expert on all things lobster, Tom shows Pam the best way to prepare lobster at LeRoux's demonstration kitchen on Commercial Street in Portland.
